1. To create a sense of brotherhood, Co-operation, mutual harmony, love and affection among the ITI organization / members of the Society.
  2. To organize seminar of social justice, education and economical upliftment, to raise legal demands and fundamental rights provided by “Constitution of India”.
  3. To work for the welfare of the ITI organization/ members of the society.
  4. To protect, promote and consider measures for protection, promotion and advancement of members of the society and help them in distress by taking up their matter(s) with the authority/authorities concerned.
  5. To fight for the legal rights and issues of members. ITI institutes and any person directly and indirectly related with the private ITIs. 
  6. To make representation to Central / State Govt / Local authorities on any matters, effecting to the members of the society and to secure wherever possible by taking lawful and legal action for the solution of the problems of the ITI organization/ member (s).
  7. To approach the Govt. (Central and / or State) and other authorities for providing the necessary / relevant facilities to the ITI organization. 
  8. To organize Seminars, meetings and other lawful gathering to diffuse the useful knowledge regarding their duties, from time to time.
  9. To provide legal, medical and social help and assistance to the needy ITI organization/ members of the Society. 
  10. To represent members in Court of law all over India and engage counsel, sign, depose, verify and enter into settlement (if any) on behalf of members and the decision taken by the Society shall be applicable and binding upon the members.
  11. To raise legal demand and rights as per law to promote ITI education. 
  12. To make agenda, proposals and amendments as per law to smooth functioning of the ITI organizations. 
  13. To conduct survey and identify the industrial demands for technicians and skill workers to improve training quality and placements of the candidates. 
  14. To make tie ups with employer industries for promotion of practical training. 
  15. To communicate with Govt. competent authorities for upliftment of ITI organizations. 
  16. To communication with Govt. competent authorities for ITI professionals livelihood and upliftment of standards of life. 
  17. To provide lectures by the expert team of Engineers, Technicians, Doctors, Lawyers and various professionals for upliftment and to adopt recent trends in ITIs.
  18. To arrange and organize various kinds of welfare e.g. vocational education, Games etc for working professionals in ITI organization. 
  19. To approach the concerned officers regarding solution of day to day problems relating to Electricity, Water, Telephone, Road, Sewerage, Sanitation, Security etc  and also to take legal steps in the connection, if necessary. 
  20. To do such other things/ acts/ activities which are necessary and which may be incidental or conductive to attainment and object of this society or for the welfare of the members of the society. 
  21. To establish libraries, entertainment, facilities and cultural centers for all human beings. 
  22. To establish an “Emergency Relief Fund” and collect money by legal ways with the consent of members, to provide economic assistance to the members/ ITI organization for the marriage of their son and daughter and also to assist them at the time of natural calamity. 
  23. To purchase/ acquire the legal and / or the building in the name of the society and make construction thereupon. 
  24. To receive financial and non-financial assistance from Govt , Non Govt Organization, International agencies, Banks and Other legal entity or individual. 
  25. To accept donations, grants, presents, gifts and other offerings in the shape of movable and/ or immovable properties for the attainment of the aims and objectives of the society. 
  26. To do such other things/ activities which are necessary and which may be incidental or conducive to the attainment of any of the object of the society. 
  27. To open and run the ITI, Institute of Computer Training, Polytechnic, Engineering, Biotech, Medical and Management Institutions etc. 
  28. To conduct research in education and other disciplines on the different subjects relating to education. 
  29. To promote literacy, cultural and other social activities by Awareness Programs, Adult educations, Symposiums, Cultural Programs Conference and Seminars. 
  30. To institute scholarship and help deserving students and to institute and award prizes for their excellence academic performance.
  31. To provide free / concession education to the hopeless, poor and needy children especially to the handicapped children. 
  32. To borrow or receive money (with interest or without interest) and upon such terms and conditions as are approved by the Governing Body of the Society. 
  33. To engage, employ or hire appropriate staff, workers, legal experts and other professionals, attorneys, managers, and agents for the work and furtherance of the aim and objectives of the society and to pay their wages, salaries, stipends of fees etc. 
  34. To organize Seminars, Meetings from time to time. 
  35. To received financial and non-financial assistance from Govt. , Non-Govt Organization, International Agencies, Banks and other legal entity or individual.
